How to Order on Bamasocks.com



Placing an order with us is very simple. Begin by creating your account. Do this by clicking "Create an Account". This will bring up a series of boxes for you to fill out. Complete all the information and click "continue". During registration, indicate what type of account you desire (Retail, Wholesale or Drop Ship). Once that is done, for Retail accounts, registration is complete you can log in and begin placing your order. For Wholesale or Drop Ship accounts, Your registration will be sent for approval and, once approved (usually less than 1 working day) you will recieve an email stating that your account has been approved and then you can begin your wholesale purchase.--

Existing Customers are already registered and can log in using their regular username and password.

Minimums

 Most of our items have a minimum order of 1 dozen pair but PLEASE Pay attention to the Minimum order. You cannot order less than the minimum order (12pair or pieces( t shirts and boxers) if not specified) on any particular item.

Once your checkout is complete, Your order will then be sent to our system for processing. You will receive email notifications on the status of your order as it goes though processing and upon shipment.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders are usually processed in 24 to 48 hours. We use a multi-check system and advanced technology in processing your order to reduce errors and expedite delivery. In the case of the rare out of stock occurrence, you will be notified via email and/or phone to the contact info that you entered in your account registration.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless expedited shipping options are chosen during your checkout. Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you so that you may check the status of your order at your leisure through the UPS website or Google (just copy and paste the number into the search field). If there is a situation during shipment, that will delay the arrival of your package, you will be notified from UPS Quantum View.

We accept Most major Credit Cards and PAYPAL. You can make payments to our PayPal account using

Privacy/Security

We Do Not Sell or Give away Customer Information, period. Your information is processed through 1024 bit encryption to protect against hackers, etc. The checkout process is totally secure. If you have any questions concerning your security on our site please call at 1-866-61SOCKS.

Passwords

If you Loose or Forget your User ID or Password, Use the “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” feature. The info will be emailed to you at the address on file. Please ensure that your spam filter is set to allow our emails to come through. If you don't see the email in your inbox, Please check your Spam Filter.

Return Policy

Items can be returned and replaced for quality issues within 10 days of receipt. Orders in which the Wrong Size, Color or Style, etc was ordered can be returned at the customers expense. In the case of rush orders, You must allow ample time for the processing and shipment of your order.
